| | | Overview of Business: | California State University’s Fullerton University Extended Education Program (“CSUF UEE”) has over 10,000 students enrolled each year. CSUF UEE provides more than 60 professional development certification programs as well as individual classes, seminars and workshops. | | Challenge: | CSUF UEE recognized the need to create an environment to improve administrative functions and services to students such as class registration and assistance. They had three primary objectives: 1) to increase student enrollment thereby generating additional revenue; 2) to be more responsive to the needs and long-term academic goals of students; and 3) to help reallocate administrative costs and leverage new technology. | | Solution: | ServerLogic redesigned the existing site to attract new students as well as retain current students, faculty and alumni. We implemented a content management component that allows CSUF to post news articles, add or delete web site content and efficiently manage their overall online presence. |
